RULES & REGULATIONS
Pungo Acres Hunting and
Fishing Retreat wants to make your hunt as fun and
safe as possible. For this reason, we follow State
and Federal guidelines. Below are our Rules and
Regulations, Safety information, and general
information. Please call us with any questions that
you may have.
RULES AND REGULATIONS

All hunters must have a valid
NC hunting license.

Game must
be tagged and registered before leaving.

Contact the
North Carolina Wildlife Resource Commission
for State Laws and Regulations.

Orange must
be worn at all times except when hunting
Duck.

When hunting on the refuge you may only use
black powder or shotgun. For a hunter
looking for excellent conditions for these
types of weapons... there is no place like
Pungo Acres.
SAFETY

We reserve the
right to refuse hunting to any person who
fails to exhibit proper safety procedures.

Hunters are
subject to inspection by State and Federal
officials.
