dead center in the Atlantic Flyway, with refuge
on all four sides -- creating the perfect
waterfowl habitat.
North Carolina is
one of only four states that have a swan season.
We winter from 90,000 to 120,000 swans in Eastern
North Carolina (75% of the total swan
population.)

Swan Permit
Information
Swan Hunting
is done by PERMIT ONLY. North Carolina
issues 6,000 permits each year. You will
be responsible for obtaining your own swan
permit. To insure you obtain a permit,
order your permit in the first week of October.
